Something that is very new to my portfolio is email campaign creation. Towards the end of last year, I began developing the copy and creative for various clients email campaigns. These emails are viewed by 10s of thousands of people on various different devices so, ensuring that what I create is of a high quality and to the correct size is very important.
The email banners you can see above are for a Peanut Butter company called Funky Nut. They are a long-term client of mine and I take a lot of pride in the work I create for them. These banners are a variation of newer and older creations, as you can see my skillset has improved over a short space of time.
The use of colours, text and size in the banners is so important. The space is quite limiting but you still need to make sure you're covering all bases and getting the message across.
The first banner in the photo-grid above is my newest and favourite piece so far. I was able to include several elements to make it as captivating and clear as possible. I also really enjoy using both of the brands fonts as they compliment each other very well and help to add more dimension and personality to the creative.
These email banners were created by myself for a client that makes Home Fragrance products. Their main USP is the packaging of the products themselves so, I try to predominantly include lifestyle shots into the banners as it's the most appealing to their target audience. I also make sure to use their recognisable colours, fonts and logo so that I'm sticking to the brand guidelines.
